CORAL
CORAL is a spatial omics tool whose code is published by zou-group on GitHub, first public in 2026, described in Nature Genetics (2026). Graph-attention deep generative model that integrates spatial transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics and epigenomics across resolutions, deconvolving to single-cell profiles and inferring niches and cell-cell interactions.
